Why is it that I have to enter 5 different passwords, my mother’s maiden name, a code that I have to wait for them to send me, and then click a special image just to log in to my damn bank account? Seriously? All I want to do is check my f*cking balance and pay the credit card bill. They got this sh*t locked down like a nuclear missle silo. If someone’s gonna steal the login info, they’re gonna steal it regardless. Expecting me to remember so much sh*t just makes me unhappy being a customer!

FUUUUUUCK. Why do some people insist on buying sh*t they know nothing about, and then argue as if they do. I have a client who wanted a custom JavaScript app built for them and they know nothing about internet or email or anything. WHY?!?
